Mr. Samson Lee (or Sam), is a prominent entrepreneur and FinTech executive with over 25 years’ experience in the digital economy industries. He has been committed to promoting the development of the “Third Generation Internet” (Web3) industry, and has facilitated and commercialized a number of breakthrough Web3, blockchain and digital asset projects in the international market.

Currently, Sam is the Founder & CEO of Coinstreet, an award-winning professional advisory and consulting firm in the Digital Asset sector founded in 2017. Coinstreet is parent company of iSHANG. CSpro (Hong Kong) Limited is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to carry out Type 1 (dealing in securities) regulated activities having CE registration number BSH213. iSHANG, a Coinstreet’s group member company, provides a total solution of Web3-as-a-Service technology platform, turnkey enterprise solutions and practical consulting service, empowering mainstream brands and enterprises on Web3 transformation of their businesses.

Mr. Lee graduated with an MBA and a Master of Science degrees from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Executive Director

Ms. Yip has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and participated in numerous corporate finance exercises such as IPOs, M&As, debt and equity fund raisings and a wide range of corporate financial advisory, independent financial advisory and placement transactions in Hong Kong, the PRC and Singapore.

She started as a consultant with Coinstreet in January 2021 and became its Vice President of Corporate Development in April 2022.

Ms. Yip was a director in corporate finance with Merdeka Corporate Finance Limited, Frontier Capital Investment Limited, and Associate Director in corporate finance with Kingston Corporate Finance Limited.

Ms. Yip holds a Bachelor degree from University of Washington – Information System and a Diploma in International Corporate Financial Laws from University of Wolverhampton.

Digital Asset Investment Director

With over two decades of expertise spanning the realms of technology and finance, Mr. Wan has hold key executive positions in various publicly listed entities across Europe, US, Japan and Hong Kong. Mr. Wan’s regulatory accreditation encompasses senior vice president roles within asset management, securities, and foreign banking among Target Capital, KGI Asia, and ORIX Asia for fund raising, investment services and wealth management. Having resided extensively in Beijing and mainland China, Mr. Wan possessed a wealth of experience in facilitating financing, strategizing, and overseas asset allocation.

Notably, Mr. Wan’s involvement in Hong Kong’s Security Token Offering (STO) initiatives underscores his commitment to innovative financial solutions.

He holds a Bachelor degree from the Australian National University and a Master degree in Business Administration from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Executive Director

Mr. Hesse started his career at J.P. Morgan in London, before moving to the renewable energy investment banking group at Jefferies. He joined Somerley in 2011. Mr. Hesse has successfully advised shareholders, company boards and independent directors on numerous public and private transactions. His extensive corporate finance advisory experience covers IPOs, capital raises, fairness opinions and cross-border situations. He holds a Bachelor degree from Munich University of Technology and a Master degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Advisor

Mr. Wu Wai Leung William Mr. Wu was the chief executive officer of Sunwah Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited (previously known as SW Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited), a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx: 00188) from 2006 to 2010. He was also the chief executive officer of RHB Hong Kong Limited from 2011 to 2017. He was appointed as the executive director and chief executive officer of Power Financial Group Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx: 397) from 2017 to 2019.

Mr. Wu became a responsible officer of Glory Sun Securities Limited (previously known as China Goldjoy Securities Limited) (an indirect subsidiary of China Goldjoy Group Limited (HKEx: 1282)) for asset management (type 9) in April 2019 and a responsible officer for advising on corporate finance (type 6) in May 2019. Mr. Wu previously worked for a number of international investment banks and possesses over 29 years of experience in the investment banking, capital markets, institutional broking and direct investment businesses. He is licensed to carry out Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under the SFO. He is also the life chairman of HK Guangxi Chamber of Commerce Limited.

Mr. Wu was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx: 00711) in 2015 and an independent non-executive director of JY Grandmark Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, (HKEx: 02231) in November 2019. Mr. Wu was also appointed as an independent director of DSS Inc., a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (Stock Code: DSS) in 2019, Alset Inc., a company listed on NASDAQ (Stock Code: AEI) in 2020, and Alset Capital Acquisition Corp., a company listed on NASDAQ (Stock Code: ACAX) in 2022. He is also the director of Hong Kong - ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation Limited, and Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of Hong Kong Limited.

Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, BC, Canada. He qualified as a chartered financial analyst designated by The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in 1996.

Chief Operating Officer

Tony Tse brings over 25 years of international banking and finance experience, having worked in Asia, Europe, Australia, and Canada in capital markets, transaction banking, and exchanges. He started his career with RBC Capital Markets, and held progressively senior roles leading FX, Treasury, and Fixed Income trading and sales efforts. He then held leadership roles with investment banking firms – Goldman Sachs and Jefferies. This was followed by time spent in Canada with Royal Bank of Canada in transaction banking working on custody and strategic outsourcing, and as a member of the bank’s executive steering committee on payments modernization.

Most recently, Tony was the Executive Managing Director at TMX Group – the Canadian exchange group. He was responsible for the firm’s expansion into APAC, and was an ExCo member of the enterprise and part of the senior leadership team of the Toronto Stock Exchange and Montreal Derivatives Exchange portions of the group.

Tony has a B.Comm degree from the McGill University, majoring in Finance and Marketing and continues his involvement with the university as a member of the Advisory Board for McGill University in Asia.

In addition to his involvement with CSPro, Tony acts as an Advisor to MCM Partners, a merchant bank based in Hong Kong. As well, he is a non-executive director on a number of boards, including PanAsia Metals (ASX: PAM), Gemini Worldwide Inc. (payments), and MarineThinking Inc. (AI tech).

Senior Advisor

Becky is a veteran investment professional with over 3 decades of international banking experience, holding HKSFC licence of responsible officer for Type 1 (securities trading), 4 (securities advisory) and 9 (asset management).

Her career life has been with major world-class banks, namely, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, Standard Chartered Bank, JP Morgan Chase, Citigroup and HSBC, in various buy side and sell side roles to leadership positions based in Greater China region. She now manages discretionary fund of funds, working closely with HNWIs, family offices, entrepreneurs, fund managers and Private Equity managers globally. Becky pursues mainly growth investments in both public and private markets focusing in digital assets, fintech, new economy & technology (AI & Blockchain), clean energy, healthcare, agriculture and infrastructure sectors.

Becky received her Business Degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a EMBA from Tsinghua University in Beijing. She travels extensively and is a frequent speaker and moderator in panel discussions for international conferences.

JP, Vice Chairman

Stephen Law is the Managing Director of ZhongYi with a focus on private equity investments. Mr. Law is an appointed member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee and the Green Tech Fund Assessment Committee of the HKSAR Government.

Prior to joining ZhongYi, Mr. Law was a Managing Director of TPG and a Director of Morningside Group, achieving significant returns for investors in their private equity and venture capital investments. Mr. Law has also had substantial corporate management and development experiences, having served as the Executive Director of MTR Corporation (HK:0066) and held senior positions in the Wheelock Group (HK:0004) and i-Cable (HK:1097).

Mr. Law holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. Mr. Law is a Chartered Accountant of England & Wales, was an Adjunct Professor of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and is an expert consultant appointed by the Ministry of Finance in China. Mr. Law is also an Independent Non-executive Director of major enterprises including China Everbright Limited, China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd., Keymed Biosciences Inc. and CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited.
