Mr. Samson Lee (or Sam), is a prominent entrepreneur and FinTech executive with over 25 years' experience in the digital economy industries. He has been committed to promoting the development of the "Third Generation Internet" (Web3) industry, and has facilitated and commercialized a number of breakthrough Web3, blockchain and digital asset projects in the international market.

Currently, Sam is the Founder & CEO of Coinstreet, an award-winning professional advisory and consulting firm in the Digital Asset sector founded in 2017. Coinstreet is parent company of Signum Digital and iSHANG. CSpro Hong Kong is operated by Signum Digital who obtained the first approval on Security Token Offering (STO) and Subscription Platform in Hong Kong from SFC. iSHANG, a Coinstreet's group member company, provides a total solution of Web3-as-a-Service technology platform, turnkey enterprise solutions and practical consulting service, empowering mainstream brands and enterprises on Web3 transformation of their businesses.

Mr. Lee graduated with an MBA and a Master of Science degrees from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.

Executive Director

Ms. Yip has over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and participated in numerous corporate finance exercises such as IPOs, M&As, debt and equity fund raisings and a wide range of corporate financial advisory, independent financial advisory and placement transactions in Hong Kong, the PRC and Singapore.

She started as a consultant with Coinstreet in January 2021 and became its Vice President of Corporate Development in April 2022. Ms. Yip is currently a Director of Signum.

Ms. Yip was a director in corporate finance with Merdeka Corporate Finance Limited, Frontier Capital Investment Limited, and Associate Director in corporate finance with Kingston Corporate Finance Limited.

Ms. Yip holds a Bachelor degree from University of Washington - Information System and a Diploma in International Corporate Financial Laws from University of Wolverhampton.

Executive Director

Mr. Hesse started his career at J.P. Morgan in London, before moving to the renewable energy investment banking group at Jefferies. He joined Somerley in 2011. Mr. Hesse has successfully advised shareholders, company boards and independent directors on numerous public and private transactions. His extensive corporate finance advisory experience covers IPOs, capital raises, fairness opinions and cross-border situations. He holds a Bachelor degree from Munich University of Technology and a Master degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Mr. Wu Wai Leung William Mr. Wu was the chief executive officer of Sunwah Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited (previously known as SW Kingsway Capital Holdings Limited), a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx: 00188) from 2006 to 2010. He was also the chief executive officer of RHB Hong Kong Limited from 2011 to 2017. He was appointed as the executive director and chief executive officer of Power Financial Group Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx: 397) from 2017 to 2019.

Mr. Wu became a responsible officer of Glory Sun Securities Limited (previously known as China Goldjoy Securities Limited) (an indirect subsidiary of China Goldjoy Group Limited (HKEx: 1282)) for asset management (type 9) in April 2019 and a responsible officer for advising on corporate finance (type 6) in May 2019. Mr. Wu previously worked for a number of international investment banks and possesses over 29 years of experience in the investment banking, capital markets, institutional broking and direct investment businesses. He is licensed to carry out Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) and Type 9 (asset management) regulated activities under the SFO. He is also the life chairman of HK Guangxi Chamber of Commerce Limited.

Mr. Wu was appointed as an independent non-executive director of Asia Allied Infrastructure Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEx: 00711) in 2015 and an independent non-executive director of JY Grandmark Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, (HKEx: 02231) in November 2019. Mr. Wu was also appointed as an independent director of DSS Inc., a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (Stock Code: DSS) in 2019, Alset Inc., a company listed on NASDAQ (Stock Code: AEI) in 2020, and Alset Capital Acquisition Corp., a company listed on NASDAQ (Stock Code: ACAX) in 2022. He is also the director of Hong Kong - ASEAN Economic Cooperation Foundation Limited, and Monte Jade Science and Technology Association of Hong Kong Limited.

Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, BC, Canada. He qualified as a chartered financial analyst designated by The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts in 1996.
